DECLARATION

We, the European federalists of Macedonia declare that, with help from our friends in Macedonia and whole Europe, will work for:

Expansion of European spirit and idea, integration of the Republic of Macedonia into European structure, promotion of political, economical and cultural cooperation among the people of Republic of Macedonia as citizens of Europe with an aim of creation of European Federation as first step towards creation of world federation.

The realization of this basic aim means including of EFM in expanding, respecting and applying of the following ideas between the people of Republic of Macedonia and the other citizens of Europe:

for the idea of justice against the idea of force,

for respect of the human dignity

for freedom of the citizens aware about his own responsibility in the democratic order against the totalitarian system,

for Europe which is capable to keep and develop the values which has created, and which are endangered by the division of the continent into powerless national states,

for participation based on equality of the all nations and national minorities in the European culture dialog, without any discrimination from political, regional, sex and religious affiliation (Article 3, “EFM” Statute)

Because:

highest measure of democracy is neither the 'extent of freedom' nor the 'extent of equality', but rather the highest measure of participation.
